Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Room consists of Double bed, locker, double wardrobe, chest of drawers. Large study desk and chair.

There is three double bed ensuite in each 4-bed house, two double bed ensuite rooms in each two-bed apartment and there are four double bed ensuite rooms in each five bedroom house.

Please note all our houses and apartments are NON-SMOKING. A fine will be implemented in the event that house rules are not obeyed.

For all students: In the event of cancellation, €100 administration fee will be deducted from the booking deposit and the remainder refunded provided we receive notification on or before 12 noon on the day of the CAO first round offers. Notification must be made by Email.

If a student is evicted, no refunds of rental will be made.

In the case of early departure, the onus is on the student to find someone to take their room. Until a replacement has been found, the student will not be refunded. Courtyard student village management will assist to move another resident into that student’s vacant room. The students booking deposit of €300 will not be returned.

If a student decides to leave after the first semester, we will refund any second-semester rent and second-semester bills and utilities provided that we can fill the room again for the second semester. The students booking deposit of €300 will not be returned.

Students are responsible for cleaning their own apartments. However,  inspections are carried out to ensure that an acceptable standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the academic term. Students are liable for the cost of engaging contract cleaners where apartments are being neglected. Students moving to Courtyard student village need to bring the following items:
