Each 4 bedroom house contains 1 double ensuite room, 2 single ensuite rooms and one standard single room. Please see individual room pages for further description of these.

Please note all our houses and apartments are NON-SMOKING. A fine will be implemented in the event that house rules are not obeyed.

For all students: In the event of cancellation, €50 administration fee will be deducted from the booking deposit and the remainder refunded provided we receive notification on or before 12 noon on the day of the CAO first round offers. Notification must be made by Email.

If a student is evicted, no refunds of rental will be made.
In the case of early departure, the onus is on the student to find someone to take their room. Until a replacement has been found, the student will not be refunded. Courtyard student village management will assist to move another resident into that student’s vacant room.

Students are responsible for cleaning their own apartments. However,  inspections are carried out to ensure that an acceptable standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the academic term. Students are liable for the cost of engaging contract cleaners where apartments are being neglected. Students moving to Courtyard student village need to bring the following items:
