Telephone System

We provide a Telephone Extension to each apartment. These Telephones are enabled for free incoming calls only. Each extension will have it's own "061-5022" Direct Dial Number (DDI). For Example: All property numbers begin with 061-5022-xx. House 30 = 061-5022-30 & House 31 = 061-5022-31 and so on. Each property can call each other by simply dialling the appropriate apartment number. This enables on-site management to contact each tenant directly.

Outgoing Calls

Any 1800 Calling Card may be used, or branded Pre-Paid Calling Cards may be purchased at Reception. This will allow each tenant to make outbound calls at cheaper than Eircom Rates. No Eircom Connection / Disconnection Fees and No Telephone Rental Charges to collect from tenants. Calling Cards can be used on or offsite.

CCTV

To supplement security patrols, The Courtyard is monitored by Digital Recording cameras which record activity in colour 24 hours a day on to computer hard disk with instant retrieval of images available.

Security

The Courtyard and its surrounds is constantly monitored by a contracted Security Company who assume responsibility for the safekeeping of the Courtyard and its Tenants.

Key Cards

Each student is issued with a pre-coded key card to provide access to his / her property and bedroom.

Television Transmission

All apartments and bedrooms will have up to 16 TV Channels available.

Internet Access

Each student will have access to High Speed "always on" Broadband Internet Connection.This system far exceeds all Section 50 data transfer regulations of 64k/s-1 per 30 students. All Internet access is controlled and monitored via high capacity managed firewall.

Bus Service

A complimentary bus service running between Courtyard and University of Limerick is available to all Tenants of the Courtyard.The timetable for this service is displayed within the Courtyard or available at Reception.A bus pass will be issued to each tenant on check-in.
